How does ordering work?
Pick an item in the Catalog, design it in Studio, check the review step, then pay. Every item is printed to order by our production partner, Printful.
What is the 24-hour hold?
After you pay, your order waits 24 hours before production. During that time you can cancel for a full refund from Account → Orders. See the Refund Policy.
How long does delivery take?
Each item shows its delivery time beside the price once you choose options. That time starts after your item is made and shipped, so allow for the 24-hour hold and production too. You can follow tracking in Account → Orders.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Standard US delivery is included in the item price. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your address.
How do I pick the right size?
The review step shows the supplier’s size chart for the exact item. Because everything is custom-made, sizing mistakes can’t be refunded, so please check it.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a free reprint or refund.
What are tokens?
Tokens are used to generate AI artwork. Free includes 10, Creator 25 per month and Pro 50 per month. Text-only designs don’t need tokens.
How do streamer stores work?
Streamers connect Twitch in Streamer Mode, get a public profile and a unique fan code, and earn $6 per item sold (40% of the $15 markup). See all streamers.
Can I install AuraWeave as an app?
Yes. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install app.
