Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation for 24 hours
Every paid order waits 24 hours before it goes to production. During that time you can cancel from Account → Orders and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After production starts
Each item is made to order just for you, so orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent to production.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free reprint or a full refund.
Change of mind and sizing
Because every item is custom-made, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. Please check the size chart on the review step before paying.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package stalled or was marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll reprint and resend it once.
Address mistakes
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster. For disputed charges we provide tracking and order records to the card issuer.
Creator commissions
Streamer commissions are reversed when an order is refunded, and are only paid out after a 30-day refund window has passed.
Plans and tokens
Plan fees and generation tokens are covered by our Terms of Service and are non-refundable.
Design files
A design file costs $2 and the maker keeps half. The file is delivered straight away, so a file that has already been downloaded cannot be returned — if the file is wrong or damaged, send us proof (a screenshot or the file) within 24 hours and we will refund the $2.
